Your role at BaxterThe Accounting and Query Resolution Analyst that holds this position will be responsible mainly for Queries Management received from our internal and external customers until resolve them properly. And now, we are determined to realize our boldest opportunities to transform global healthcare for years to come.What you will doWork with GBS Centers personnel and key stakeholders to address and resolve queries received from internal and external customers focused on solve the issues on a timely manner aligned with our main KPI’s.Identify and present root causes analysis in regards queries received.Educate internal customers and suppliers on the use of self-service solutions, where appropriate.Investigate and resolve technical issues with ERPs such as JDE, GME, Coupa and Kyriba.Resolve any interface issue and / or address it correctly and timely to the proper team / person.Identify and present solutions for continuous process improvement.Comply with Corporate Policies.Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by management.Ensure the understanding of audit processes held by the country entities and the implications of those.Have a sense of urgency and inform in a timely manner to the supervisor of any potential issue that might impact the operation.What you will bringAdvanced university career in Business Administration or Public Accounting, or technical degree completed6-12 months experience in similar positionsEnglish B1 or higherIntermediate knowledge in ExcelGood written and oral communication skillsEqual Employment OpportunityBaxter is an equal opportunity employer.
