We are looking for an R&D Samples Coordinator to join our Malta R&D team.What you'll doEffectively manage logistical operations within the R&D function to support the Malta R&D group testing requirements. This should be in conformance with the applicable requirements. Manage samples related to R&D testing activities from sample reception to sample discard: carry boxes or pallets to the designated location (with forklift when needed) and keep the traceability of these items.Manage samples, climatic chambers and areas dedicated to real time and accelerated ageing processes.Ensure that work area is well maintained also in accordance to EHS regulations related to area of responsibility. Support in the shipment of samples to other Baxter facilities or to external companies (e.g. for sterilization).Carry out most of the activities in the warehouse areaWhat you'll bringO’ Level Standard of educationECDL Certification or proficient in using MS Office and OutlookFluent in English language: both written and spoken.Previous working experience in a warehouse environment and lifter user certification are preferredWe understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career.
