Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Account ManagementRevenue Growth: Achieve or exceed annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned products across assigned territories in Hong Kong and Macau.Key Account Strategy: Build robust, territory-specific business plans to expand market share, introduce new product pipelines, and secure hospital formulary listings.Tender Management: Lead public tender preparation, contract negotiations, and contract compliance oversight alongside commercial operations teams.Relationship & Stakeholder EngagementClinical Partnerships: Cultivate strategic relationships with key hospitals and clinics stakeholdersValue-Based Selling: Deliver high-impact product presentations and clinical value propositions regarding fluid management and nutritional therapy safety.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Medical Affairs and Marketing to coordinate educational symposia, workshops, and post-sales technical support.Key Requirements & QualificationsEducation & ExperienceDegree Holder: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Nutrition, or Business Administration.Sales Track Record: Minimum 5 to 7 years of direct B2B or medical device/pharmaceutical sales experience within Hong Kong and/or Macau healthcare sectors.Portfolio Expertise: Proven working knowledge or direct experience selling hospital-based consumables, drugs and medical devices.Skills & CompetenciesCommunication Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities in bilingual settings.
