Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (degree in mechanical)
  • 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field (experience, 5 years)
  • Strong knowledge of validation processes and product lifecycle management (experience)
  • Experience with statistical analysis and continuous improvement tools (Six Sigma preferred) (experience)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently with minimal supervision (experience)
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills (experience)
  • Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements (FDA, MDSAP, etc.) (experience)
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) Oral and Writing. (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering support for manufacturing processes, product development, and process improvements
  • Lead and support new product introductions, product transfers, and process changes
