Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for stock count (physical count, reconciliation and process inventory adjustment) with co-work with 3PLCollaborate with 3PL for import damage, exceptional cases and physical goods discard/inventory write offCollaborate with QA on damage goods, vendor certification, product return, product on hold and recall process (for 4PL business)Vendor (Forwarder, customs broker, Inland tricking) management to enhance the effectiveness including monthly payment settlementOperation synergy enhancement through strong cooperation with business counterpartBudgeting annual cost for import freight and 3PL (local logistics) cost and its monitoring bi monthlyResponsible for custom clearance process including LC process with specific accountResponsible for supervision of receiving, storage, internal/external transportation of batch related, miscellaneous, and other materialsResponsible for monthly report generation such as billing report, Vendor KPI, internal KPI, freight of cost elementCustomer order management and monitoringSupport to resolve supply issues through appropriate communication with stakeholdersManage transportation and logistics between supplier (origin, Shipper) and warehouse(local destination) through data of shipping documents and etc.Qualifications: Knowledge of SCM cost and logistics functions (import process, international trading, warehouse, distribution)Must have strong self-leadership and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
