With over 70,000 employees worldwide, BD addresses some of the most complex global health challenges through innovation, quality, and operational excellence.Position SummaryThe Director of Labeling & Packaging is a key member of the UCC R&D leadership team, responsible for setting the strategic direction and operational execution of labeling and packaging across innovation, new product development (NPD), and sustaining engineering (SE).This role brings a consumer-centric mindset to product experience—ensuring that labeling and packaging not only meet regulatory requirements but also enhance usability, clarity, and market competitiveness.
