Job DescriptionRole OverviewThe Senior R&D Engineer will play a key role within BD’s Urology and Critical Care business with a primary focus on leading engineering design and development efforts, including internally developed and externally partnered technologies. This role requires strong technical judgment and the ability to independently lead design evaluation, integration, and development activities, ensuring solutions align with clinical needs. You may have the opportunity to develop products in any of UCC’s product platforms: Endourology, Urinary Incontinence, and Urinary Management.You will have a direct impact on multiple products and innovations across BD’s portfolios by driving evaluation and integration of new technologies across BD’s portfolio.
