Job DescriptionWe're seeking a skilled Technical Associate to join our team and work with state-of-the-art equipment while maintaining high-quality production standards. As a Technical Associate, you will be responsible for the following: RESPONSIBILITIESOperating, optimizing, and maintaining assigned production equipmentMeeting and exceeding production standards while maintaining product qualityMinimizing and preventing equipment downtime and sustaining budgeted waste levelsMaintaining accurate equipment logs and recording downtime and maintenance problemsPerforming preventative maintenance on equipmentStarting up equipment and ensuring accurate functioningMonitoring component inventories and safety guardsMaintaining a neat and orderly production environmentMonitoring in-process quality and addressing issues as neededPerforming required Q.C. checks and process challengesFollowing safety and environmental procedures and Quality System RequirementsSupporting upstream and downstream operationsPerforming rework as requiredWorking optimally in a team environmentADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Performing other duties as assigned by SupervisorQUALIFICATIONSH.S.
