About This Role: As a Scientific Communications Director within the Global Medical Affairs Department, you will spearhead the development of the publications strategy for Empaveli, outlining key scientific statements to support the development and execution of strategic publication plans for each indication (Nephrology and Hematology). You will lead cross-functional working groups to foster alignment. As an integral member of the Medical Affairs team, you will contribute to the strategic direction of our Empaveli portfolio.What You’ll Do:Development of the core scientific platform and strategic publication plan.Development of timely literature summaries, highlighting key new publications in the literature relevant to the programs.Responsible for medical communications vendor management to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.Responsible for ensuring that all publications shared externally are aligned to the global publication plan and were generated following Biogen SOPs and industry standard publication practices.Who You Are: You are a seasoned professional with a robust background in Medical Affairs. Communication, both written and verbal, is one of your strong suits, and you excel at project management.
