Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, a comprehensive understanding of financial markets, diverse asset classes and investment operations will be advantageous.Responsibilities will include:Responsible for trade capture, cash and position reconciliations, and proactive resolution of exceptionsInteract with sell side trading counterparts on market updates and trade related issuesCollaborate with various teams within the firm to address trade and compliance queriesResearch and resolve trade breaks at Prime Brokers, Fund Administrators & CustodiansRun end-of-day flash PNL and generate ad-hoc risk/performance reporting to support the investment teamPartner with the technology team on building out technology solutions to enhance the control environment and optimize performance reportingQualifications2+ years of professional experienceExpertise in fixed income, derivatives, equity products, and comprehensive understanding of the trade life cyclePrior experience working directly with traders in a dynamic environment is a plusWorks with technology teams on system enhancementsUndergraduate degree A minimum of 2 years of experience in treasury, trade support or middle officeProficiency with Excel, Python experience (a plus)The duties and responsibilities described here are not exhaustive and additional assignments, duties, or responsibilities may be required of this position. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses.
