The Senior Director, Technology Business Partner leads the strategic alignment of technology initiatives with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration and effective delivery of IT services. This role involves close collaboration with business units, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, InfoSec, and Operations to meet both business and security requirements. The Senior Director also works with customers and managed service vendors to ensure technology solutions are aligned with business needs and operational excellence.This specific role is focused on leading technology strategy and delivery for our Medicare Advantage (MA) business, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned to critical MA capabilities. The ideal candidate brings strong MA technology experience, understands the regulatory and operational complexity of the MA ecosystem, and can translate business needs into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans.
