As an RTE, you will act as a servant leader and chief coach for the Agile Release Train (ART) planning, facilitating, and executing Program Increment (PI) Planning, managing program-level risks, resolving cross-team dependencies, and driving continuous flow.As an Agile Coach, you will drive the adoption of the Lean-Agile mindset through Lean Portfolio Management, Agile delivery knowledge, and Agile lifecycle management tools while mentoring team members, Product Managers, System Architects, and Scrum Masters. You will lead multiple pillars from end-to-end and deliver SAFe training and workshops, including Leading SAFe, SAFe for Teams, SAFe PO and PM, SAFe RTE, and Value Stream Identification. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
