Air Power Solutions Mission Program ManagerThe Opportunity:Lead day‑to‑day delivery of technical, mission, or analytic workstreams, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment to customer expectations and financial and contractual objectives. Provide people leadership through coaching, mentorship, feedback, and fostering a growth‑oriented team culture. Oversee program and contract management elements such as staffing, hours forecasting, deliverable tracking, risk identification, and stakeholder communication. Partner closely with government customers at customer sites, understanding their operational environment and translating mission needs into actionable plans and technical solutions. The projected compensation range for this position is $142,900.00 to $266,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
