Cyber Compliance SpecialistThe Opportunity:Designs, implements, and manages policies and procedures to ensure database and software security. Applies specific functional knowledge and working and general industry knowledge. Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with some guidance, and reviews or guides activities of junior employees.You Have:5+ years of experience interpreting and applying enterprise cybersecurity policies such as Acceptable Use of IT Assets or Information Security policyExperience conducting cyber risk assessments, evidence reviews, and compliance checksExperience with IA or cybersecurity the areas of IA policies and procedures including Privacy, NIST, RMF, and FISMASecret clearanceBachelor's degreeCompTIA Advance Security Practitioner (CASP+), CompTIA Security+, or Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) certificationDoD 8140 or CWF-aligned certificationsNice If You Have:Experience working with continuous compliance platforms or automated compliance tooling such as Vellox Navigator™ for regulated environmentsExperience synthesizing cyber risk, system posture, and compliance gaps into actionable remediation plansExperience supporting continuous RMF compliance cycles, risk mitigation workflows, and security‑control documentationKnowledge of industry standard tools such as Tenable, or SplunkAbility to lead or coordinate compliance readiness for audits, assessments, or enterprise governance activitiesClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. Required Qualifications
