That is why we need an experienced Cybersecurity Operations Lead like you to defend the agency’s systems and data from evolving threats.As part of our team, you'll provide SETA support to the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H), applying deep technical expertise to support the agency in its mission and objectives. You’ll collaborate closely with world-class experts and leaders to accelerate operations and support the development of assigned tasks and initiatives. Leveraging your technical background, you will provide senior ARPA-H decision makers and leaders with rigorous support to advance breakthrough innovation.You'll serve as a Cybersecurity Operations Lead helping clients to maintain and improve our client’s cybersecurity operations, implement and maintain security content, and provide expert recommendations. Your attention to detail, flexibility, communication skills, understanding of the client's mission, and problem-solving will enable the mission's success.What You’ll Work On: Lead hands-on activities to monitor, detect, and respond to cyber threat activity.Implement, maintain, and optimize security content such as rules, signatures, and alerts, to enhance the detection of threat actors and their activity.Provide expert guidance and recommendations to the ARPA-H CISO on modern policies, procedures, and processes for securing and defending the agency's systems.Join us. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience with cybersecurity, including substantial experience in security operations, incident response, threat detection, or defensive cyber operations (experience, 8 years)
  • Experience leading security monitoring, incident investigation, containment, eradication, recovery, and after-action activities (experience)
  • Experience using cybersecurity solutions such as SIEM, XDR, DLP, and Threat Intelligence platforms (experience)
  • Knowledge of adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures, including the MITRE ATT&CK framework (experience)
  • Experience interacting and communicating with senior-level executives, including SES or GS-15 (experience)

  • Bachelor’s degree (degree)
