Facilities SpecialistThe Opportunity:As a facilities professional, you understand how strategic planning, environmental awareness, and technical coordination work together to ensure installation infrastructure meets mission requirements. That’s why we need you—an experienced facilities professional who can apply planning expertise, analytical skill, and facility management knowledge to support facilities and environmental planning efforts for the Marine Corps.On our team, you’ll help manage and support facilities and environmental planning activities from beginning to end while collaborating with senior leadership. Specifically, you’ll assist with preparing preliminary facilities planning materials, coordinate inputs for installation master planning, and support environmental considerations that inform government review and Master Planner approval. You’ll help ensure planning products align with installation needs, regulatory requirements, and long‑term infrastructure goals.In this role, you’ll closely impact Marine Corps installation management by supporting planning studies, validating facility requirements, and coordinating with stakeholders across Public Works, environmental offices, engineering teams, and master planners. By contributing to planning documentation, evaluating facility conditions, and supporting facilities data preparation, you’ll help advance planning efforts that improve installation readiness and infrastructure stewardship. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
