Operations AnalystThe Opportunity:As an operations analyst, you’re passionate about exploring the root cause of an issue and then analyzing, reporting, and developing recommendations for a creative solution. We need an experienced research analyst like you to help us solve complex problems for our customers. On our SOCOM team, you’ll evaluate data assessment strategies while partnering with operators, forward elements, and industry to translate mission needs into executable plans to deliver solutions.You won’t go at it alone, you’ll work alongside a team of highly skilled engineers and subject matter experts from across industry to conduct research, prepare graphs and charts, and analyze and interpret programmatic or cost data leveraging Military Decision Making Process (MDMP), Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC), and event life‑cycle milestones. Once documented, you’ll develop briefings, charts, graphs, and demonstrations to present results, collaborate with stakeholders, and participate in various program meetings to improve program efficiency.In this role, you’ll use your passion for analytics and statistics to devise modeling and measuring techniques utilizing mathematics, statistical methods, engineering methods, and other principles and laws of scientific and economic disciplines.Use your operations research knowledge to develop technologies and concepts that advance the SOCOM mission. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
