As a Tier III SOC Analyst and Shift Lead, you’ll combine deep technical expertise with operational leadership in a 24×7 Security Operations Center. You’ll hunt for advanced threats, lead complex incident investigations, analyze suspicious activity, and continuously improve detection capabilities using Microsoft Sentinel, KQL, threat intelligence, and other security technologies. You’ll also lead SOC operations during your assigned shift, serving as the senior technical escalation point for other analysts and helping ensure incidents are effectively investigated, prioritized, communicated, and handed off between teams. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
