We’re looking for someone like you to help sustain and advance the UJTL program that underpins joint readiness across Combatant Commands, Services, and Defense Agencies.As a Senior UJTL Analyst, you will apply deep operational expertise, analytical skill, and joint process knowledge to develop, maintain, and refine UJTL tasks and associated products. You’ll collaborate with Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, Services, UJTL stakeholders, working groups, and doctrine teams to ensure the UJTL remains accurate, relevant, aligned with approved policy, and responsive to emerging concepts. Your role also contributes directly to readiness reporting, training development, joint planning, and the integration of UJTL content across doctrine, systems, and policy publications.You’ll support authoritative and non-authoritative change requests, maintain and update UJTL databases and conditions, deliver training to Organizational Points of Contact (OPOCs) and stakeholders, prepare publication action reports, develop UJTL crosswalks supporting concepts and wargames, and help align UJTL updates with joint doctrine. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
