分析产线的失效件,进行数据收集及分析,并整理失效分析报告
- Record and management failure parts in the FAN system
使用失效分析系统对失效件进行登记及管理
- Escalation and Implement containment action for quality case.
对质量异常事件进行升级围堵
- Creation and update ESS base on failure analysis experience
根据失效分析的经验进行创建并更新分析手册 - Maintain/Repair test adapters and spare parts
测试工具和备件的维护及维修
- Support Installation/Release/ hardware upgrade of test equipment of failure station
辅助失效分析站测试设备的安装、验收，以及硬件升级
- Support test engineer for EWAK/D-Sample test failure analysis
辅助测试工程师分析D样件/EWAK失效件
- Assignments of special tasks.
其他可能分配的特殊任务。 - Owner of failure station 5S and safety issue.

Qualifications
- 电子信息工程相关专业，大专及以上学历
- 3年及以上电子失效分析经验，ICT/FCT 测试失效分析及维修经验
- 熟悉模电数电，读懂电子电路原理图
- 测试设备基本操作,数字万用表/电源/显微镜/示波器
- 解焊及焊接基本电子元器件及BGA
