- 负责特定产线或设备的整体维护和保养, 以降低停机时间
- 编制设备维修指导书，保养指导书，培养技术员的维修，保养能力
- 系统化，持续改进设备OEE的综合性能
- 设备维修费用的收集，可视化，持续降低维修，保养费用
- 备件建立和维修成本的持续改善
- 新设备的安装, 调试以及最终设备验收
- 预测设备，零件的生命周期，诊断设备潜在错误类型
- 从安全，质量，成本，效率方面来改进优化现有设备和工装
Qualifications
- 本科以上学历，机械制造或机电一体化专业
- 5年机械设备维修维护相关工作经验
- 熟练使用CAD
- 熟悉西门子PLC1500，1200 ，Smart WinCC 触摸屏软件
- 熟悉气动，液压，伺服系统常见故障解决
