Description

• Follow-up shipments, deliveries and inventory of raw material & components (50%)
• Maintain master data on SAP (10%)
• Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports of deliveries and inventories as per supervisor’s request (20%)
• Other admin tasks assigned by manager or supervisor (20%)

Qualifications

• Entitled as full-time student major in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business, ... during internship period
• No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage
• Eloquent in English
• Eloquent in Chinese/Japanese/Korean is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to details & Effective communication
• Motivated in learning from work
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Active in asking & responding to assignment
• Adaptive to team's working environment & company culture
• Willing to receive feedback & take improving actions accordingly
• Have mindset that it is necessary to report for unknown things/matters in daily operation
• Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university
