Description

1. Main tasks and responsibilities (80%)
•    Provide support on various project management tools and interface with different stakeholders
•    Create & maintain project documentations & reports
•    Assure document and information updated and transferred within project team
•    Set-up project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.

2. Other Responsibilities (20%)
Supports Team Leader with administration tasks:
-    Creating monthly working hour tracking reports
-    Maintaining internal team’s administrative documentations
 

Qualifications

• Entitled as full-time student major in Economics/Languages, ... during internship period
• No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage
• Eloquent in English and Japanese (N3 and above)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Hard working, eager to learn, result-oriented
• Good communication and prioritization skills
• Patient and Willing to learn
• Proactive in tackling problems and raising ideas
• Can work Independently
• Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
• Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university
