1. Main tasks & responsibilities (80%):

  • Provide support on various project management tools and interface with different stakeholders.
  • Create & maintain project documentations & reports.
  • Assure document and information updated and transferred within project team.
  • Set-up project meetings and prepare MOM.

2. Other responsibilities (20%):

Supports Team Leader with administration tasks:

  • Creating monthly working hour tracking reports.
  • Maintaining internal team’s administrative documentations.

Qualifications

  • Entitled as full-time student major in Economics/Languages, ... during internship period
  • No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage
  • Eloquent in English and Japanese (N2 or above)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and prioritization skills
  • Patient and Willing to learn
  • Proactive in tackling problems and raising ideas
  • Can work Independently
  • Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
  • Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university
