Description

• Packaging Development
  • Responsible for packaging development including PRM1 NPD, AA regional promotion and Hangzhou/Pujiang plant request, from idea to launch, cover end to end packaging development; Utilize 2D and 3D CAD to design packaging and detail all parts and assemblies.
  • Escalate business, technical trouble and critical decision-making requirement in time manner.
  • Work with team to deliver CIP (Cost Improvement Project), CR (Packaging Change request), compliance projects when business needs.
• Collaboration
  • Closely collaborate with product solution team to meet on-time needs; collaborate with assembly line, logistic and purchasing to ensure developed packaging meet with plant needs; collaborate with quality, segment, sustainability etc.
  • Partner with external vendors to optimize designs.
  • Recommend better way of working to drive delivery quality and efficiency with collaborative and can-do spirit.
• Innovation
  •  Explore sustainable and innovative packaging concepts and designs that are relevant to the business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master's degree of Packaging Engineering, material, mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Min. 1-2 years working experience in packaging industry.
• Working knowledge of ArtiosCAD or AutoCAD, Cape and packaging failure analysis techniques required. Experience with Creo is a plus.
• Experience with sustainability packaging is a plus.
• Fluent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
