Job Summary
1.1 Responsible for specific section in shipping area either operation, administration, planning or
costing or multiple section or overall depending on the organization requirement.
1.2 Overall coordinator for Customer Complaints, Foreign Trade Agreement, Dangerous Goods
and any related shipping freight international requirement.
1.3 Responsible for operation such as maintaining and improving process flow, managing
personnel, handling of Logistic Service Provider.
1.4 Responsible for administration such as maintaining and improving document accuracy,
timeliness, data preservation and availability.
1.5 Lead in designated section process continuous improvement activities such as daily
section meeting, Bosch Production System (BPS) projects and C/AU audits.
1.6 Responsible for costing in logistic cost control, framework order or purchase order control and
approval. Preparing monthly costing reports and review for adequacy.
1.7 Manage daily, weekly and monthly shipping related meetings, reports and presentations.
1.8 Monitoring Logistic Service Provider KPI performance and take appropriate actions for
improvements.
1.9 Conduct simulation and analysis on operation capacity planning for storage, MHE, outbound,
inbound requirement for future planning.
1.10 Monitor External Warehouse LSP’s KPI performance and recommending improvement
activities.
1.11 Lead in monitoring and analysis to external warehouse storage capacity and
capability.
1.12 Any other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Job Scope
2.1 Shipping Section resources planning to support plant operation.
2.2 Interact with cross functional team within Plant and Bosch.
2.3 Interact with external parties – Logistics Service Providers, Liners etc.
2.4 Lead assigned Shipping Section Team.
2.5 Forecast and analyze future operation requirements for Shipping Operations.
2.6 Lead LOM BPS, Improvements and C/AU requirements.
