Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Testing Technician to support customer requirements by performing tests according to defined specifications. This role ensures accurate, reliable data and contributes to maintaining high-quality standards in our testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and adjust test benches according to specifications and requirements.
  • Set up and perform tests following established standards and customer requirements.
  • Collect accurate test data, including photos and supporting evidence.
  • Track and manage tested parts (storage, shipment, or disposal).
  • Maintain test areas and equipment in ready-to-use condition, including periodic maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical topics.
  • Execute tests based on the agreed Design Validation Plan for JOEM, Non-JOEM, and RPP projects.
  • Conduct initial evaluation of test results and report abnormalities or issues.
  • Provide daily updates on test bench conditions, calibration status, and any issues.

Qualifications

Education: High Vocational Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum 4 years as a Test Technician.

Skills:

  • Proficient in using electronic measurement equipment.
  • Ability to read and follow standards, norms, and work instructions.
  • Strong handcraft and maintenance skills.

Knowledge:

  • Measurement equipment and data acquisition systems.
  • Conventional brake systems.
