RadarやVideoセンサーを用いたACC（追従車速制御）、AEB（緊急ブレーキ制御）、LKAS（レーンアシスト制御）といった先進運転支援システムを実現するための認識パーセプション、RadarやVideoを統合フュージョン、および、物標選択から経路選択プランナーのソフトウエアを開発するメンバーを求めております。

[仕事内容]

• 顧客のソフトウエア要求分析を行い、ソフトウエア設計、実装を主導します。
• プラットフォームチームを含む専門家と協力し、最先端のソリューションの提案します。
• 最先端の運転支援システム開発において、要件定義から設計、実装、テストまで一貫して深く関わり、V字モデルに従ってシステムを開発します。
• ソフトウェアの品質向上を目指し、開発プロセスの改善提案と実行を推進することで、開発効率と品質の両面から貢献していただきます。

We are looking for members to develop software for advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) such as ACC (Adaptive Cruise Control), AEB (Autonomous Emergency Braking), and LKAS (Lane Keeping Assist System) using Radar and Video sensors. This includes developing software for perception for recognition, Radar-Video sensor fusion, and target selection and path planning.

[Job Responsibilities]

• Analyze customer software requirements and lead software design and implementation.
• Collaborate with specialists, including the platform team, to propose cutting-edge solutions.
• Be deeply involved in the development of state-of-the-art driver-assistance systems, from requirements definition to design, implementation, and testing, developing systems according to the V-model.
• Contribute to both development efficiency and quality by aiming to improve software quality and promoting proposals and execution of development process improvements.

Qualifications

[必須の経験・スキル]

• 電気工学、コンピュータエンジニアリング、または同様の工学の学士号
• 組み込みソフトウェア開発におけるシステム・ソフトウェア開発の実務経験が3年以上ある方。
• C/C ++言語を用いた開発経験が3年以上ある方。
• Matlab / Pythonプログラミングスキルがある方。

• 大規模データによるAIモデル開発経験
• 自動車業界、安全運転支援システムに関する実務経験

  • 主に顧客との仕様調整、海外拠点との連携、技術会議、英語でのドキュメント作成などで日常的に英語を使います。

[Mandatory Experience & Skills]

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in system software development within the domain of embedded software.
• A minimum of 3 years of development experience utilizing C/C++ languages.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Matlab / Python programming.

[Desirable Experience & Skills]

• Experience in the development of recognition or control technologies leveraging machine learning.
• Experience in the development of AI models using large-scale datasets.
• Practical experience within the automotive industry, particularly concerning advanced driver-assistance systems.
• Fundamental knowledge of sensors such as radar and cameras.

[Language Capabilities]

• Advanced Japanese communication skills (equivalent to N1 level).
• Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC score of 730 or above).
  • English will be used on a daily basis for activities including, but not limited to, specification alignment with customers, coordination with international sites, participation in technical conferences, and the creation of English documentation.
