This role serves as a key member of both the site leadership team and the extended global IT organization, driving digital transformation, operational excellence, and business value through technology.The position integrates site priorities with global IT strategy, ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable solutions that enable manufacturing, quality, and supply chain operations.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Leadership & Digital TransformationDefine and execute the site IT and digital strategy aligned with business priorities and global IT directionLead the site digital transformation agenda, including identification, incubation, and scaling of digital and data-driven use cases (e.g., AI, automation, smart factory)Drive measurable business value from IT investments (e.g., efficiency, quality, compliance, cost optimization)Promote digital capabilities across the site through workshops, training, and stakeholder engagement2.
