The role will also contribute AI-enabled analytics capabilities to improve analytics efficiency, support AI initiatives and participate in internal AOI projects within the department. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport integrated Hematology portfolio insights by leveraging primary research, secondary data, competitive intelligence, treatment dynamics and market access information, with a focus on Multiple Myeloma and future launch assets.Support Hematology portfolio forecasting for in-market products, new indications and future MM pipeline assets by preparing forecast assumptions, supporting data, facts and rationales in alignment with financial planning cycles and ad-hoc business needs.Leverage AI tools, automation and coding capabilities to enhance data cleaning, market signal detection, insight generation, scenario simulation and management reporting efficiency.Support internal AI / AOI initiatives by contributing to business use-case identification, analytical design, data preparation, pilot testing and adoption of AI-enabled solutions within analytics workflows.Required:More than 5 years of forecasting, market research, portfolio analysis or data analytics experience in the pharmaceutical industryUnderstanding of pharmaceutical industry dynamics, product launch planning and key business challenges; experience in Hematology and Multiple Myeloma is strongly preferredHands-on coding experience, such as Python, SQL, VBA or other analytics/automation tools, with the ability to translate business questions into scalable data solutionsExperience or strong interest in AI, machine learning, automation or advanced analytics projects is preferred, with willingness to support department-level AI initiativesProficiency in spoken and written English and ChineseIf you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn’t perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway. Required Qualifications

  • More than 5 years of forecasting, market research, portfolio analysis or data analytics experience in the pharmaceutical industry (experience, 5 years)
