Education & ExperienceEducation: BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical disciplineExperience: At least 5 years of technical experience in Ethernet switch silicon support, semiconductor field applications engineering, board bring-up, or network systems validation within AI, HPC, or data center networking domains . Technical CapabilitiesEthernet Switch Architecture: In-depth understanding of switch ASIC pipelinesNetworking & Scale-Out Protocols: Solid foundation in L2/L3 Ethernet switching, BGP, and RoCEv2. Familiarity with emerging UEC and ESUN frameworksPCIe & Host Interconnects: Working knowledge of PCIe architecture, PCIe switches, and host-to-switch/NIC interface interactionsScale-Up vs. Scale-Out: Clear understanding of bandwidth, latency, and protocol tradeoffs between intra-rack Scale-Up links and inter-rack Scale-Out Ethernet switch fabricsHands-On Diagnostic & SDK Skills:Hands-on experience with switch SDK APIs, Linux networking tools, and packet analyzersBasic scripting capabilities in Python for diagnostic automation, SDK register access, and log parsing- Language & Communication Requirements:English Proficiency: Fluent written and spoken English is required.
