In this role, you will architect, design, and implement low-level firmware modules, middleware, and diagnostic software for leading-edge PHY chipsets. You will work across the full development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions. Key Responsibilities:Drive software design and development for new products while maintaining legacy systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including system, analog, and digital hardware designers.Develop and troubleshoot complex firmware applications in embedded C/C++.Provide leadership in architectural governance, design patterns, and code hygiene.Requirements:BSEE required, MSEE preferred8+ years of industry experience with a focus on digital communication systems, high-speed SerDes, or HBM protocols is highly preferred.Must possess strong coding and debugging experience in C/C++.Must have experience with pre-silicon/RTL and SW co-simulation environmentHands-on experience with lab hardware platforms and silicon bring-up is highly desirableCompensation and BenefitsThe annual base salary range for this position is USD 121,900.00 To USD 195,000.00As a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and the opportunity to receive not only a competitive new hire equity grant, but also annual equity awards, connecting your success directly to the company's growth.
