Required Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering and 5+ years of related experience Masters degree in Engineering and 3+ years of related experience (experience, 5 years)
• Research and apply cutting edge design and validation for analog/mixed-signal integrated circuits for high-speed (experience)
• Serial link applications such as: fiber optic communication systems, Gigabit Ethernet (GE), enterprise storage and wireless network routers. (experience)
• Research novel circuit techniques to achieve maximum speed and performance, while minimizing the power and area requirements. (experience)
• Design, develop, modify and evaluate electronic parts, components, or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment and other hardware systems. (experience)
• Determine design approaches and parameters. (experience)
• Analyze equipment to establish operating data; conduct experimental tests and evaluate results. (experience)
• Select components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability. (experience)
• Layout/design work in a non-ASIC product environment. (experience)
• Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. (experience)
• Exercise judgement in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. (experience)
• Network with key contacts outside own area of expertise. (experience)
• Characterize and debug analog designs for manufacturability. (experience)
