We have multiple positions at all experience levels. Available Job ResponsibilitiesDesign and build memory or circuit blocks at the gate or transistor levelSimulate and analyze the circuit design using transistor level simulatorsExtract the layout and perform post-layout simulations and verificationFloorplan physical implementation and layout integration of design componentsIntegrate characterization flow to extract timing and power informationDevelop scripts to automate characterization flow, simulations, and verificationSpecify and verify various behavioral and physical memory modelsDocument the design specifications, behavioral description, and timing diagramsHelp specify silicon test plan and correlate silicon to simulation data Preferred SkillsGood understanding of transistor level circuit behavior and device physicsGood understanding of signal integrity analysis, EM/IR analysis, and reliability analysisProficiency in running simulators, writing automation scripts, and are tools savvyUnderstanding of memory behavioral and physical models is a plusExpertise in memory circuit design is a plusUnderstanding of DFT schemes and chip level integration is a plusGood communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsMotivated, self-driven and good at multi-taskingPassion for solving complex problems and willingness to learnBroadcom is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
