Leverage our modeling infrastructure to run complex P&L sensitivities, translating potential business decisions into actionable financial intelligence for senior leadership.Illuminate Portfolio Risks & Opportunities: Provide leadership with total transparency into portfolio health through surgical comparisons of Frontbook and Backbook performance, origination volumes, and outstandings.Manage Complex Deliverables: Independently prioritize and drive large bodies of analytical work to completion, seamlessly managing stakeholder expectations and complex relationships within strict regulatory and business timelines.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or military experienceAt least 5 years’ experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or a combinationAt least 1 year of experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function​Preferred Qualifications:Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s Degree in FinanceChartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licenseAt least 6 years experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or a combinationAt least 3 years of experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) functionAt least 1 year of direct or indirect people management experienceProficiency in SQL and Python, alongside experience with modern data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight) and familiarity with emerging AI tooling to drive analytical rigor and clear business insightsAt this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.This role is hybrid meaning associates typically spend 3 days per week in-person at one of our offices listed on this job posting.The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.Plano, TX: $138,100 - $157,700 for Manager, Financial Analysis Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
