Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (Hybrid)Our Enterprise Services & Staff Finance team is seeking a Manager of Finance to lead the financial planning and analysis for our Global Workplace Services organization, which is the organization that supports our office footprint strategy and budget. In this role, you will play a key role in influencing how Capital One manages our global real estate footprint and investments we make to enhance the associate experience. The ideal candidate will provide financial leadership and strong influence, communication, and problem solving competencies to effectively:Partner with leadership and business teams to assess the financial implications of real estate investments across the organizationDevelop and report on the financial forecast for the enterprise real estate footprint, providing critical transparency into the impacts of our geographic strategy over the long term. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.McLean, VA: $151,900 - $173,400 for Manager, Financial Analysis Richmond, VA: $138,100 - $157,700 for Manager, Financial Analysis Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
