Job Description
Senior Associate, Project ManagerAt Capital One, models are the engines that drive our most salient business decisions. Capital One’s Model Risk Office (MROf) governs and maintains these engines to meet regulatory standards by defining the model risk management (MRM) framework and model governance practices for the company. At the cornerstone of our model governance framework are our Divisional Model Risk Officers (DMROs) and their teams. As a Senior Associate, Project Manager at Capital One, you will support our well-managed divisions by ensuring our DMRO teams have insight into their operations, validation plans, and horizontal requests. Further, you will drive risk reduction efforts by managing a litany of important processes and controls. The role requires a well-rounded individual who is comfortable adjusting their approach to meet unique needs across multiple stakeholders within a complex organization. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, an unrelenting drive to ‘get things done’, and has a ‘can do’ attitude.
