CDX is an exciting space with diverse product responsibilities. The organization’s remit spans customer digital engagement, including the Capital One app; Capital One’s marketing platform, analytics, and personalization engine; the product suite used to manage all Capital One suppliers and vendors; products associated with the company’s risk management responsibilities; and more. The Senior Associate will join a horizontal product and strategy team that supports priorities across CDX. The product and strategy team serves as an internal engine for both vision and strategic alignment, occupying a unique space at the intersection of strategic advisory and product creation. We operate with the rigor of top-tier consulting to solve the organization’s hardest strategic questions, drive the annual planning process, and align our long-term priorities.
