It is responsible for the timely maintenance activities of existing HVAC, facilities, and associated systems that are consistent with regulatory guidelines, company policy, and safety requirements. The Maintenance Technician I will perform repairs and maintenance in all areas of the building including office, lab, utility, and clean rooms.
