Support the shuttle bus routes optimization. Support the inventory of office seating. Support admin monthly report compiling and filing. Support relevant admin responsible to inspect and review supplier’s duty. Support Administrate Daily Work as required. Required Qualifications: 2027/2028 graduate with Bachelor Degree or above (admin, statistics, archive, English or related majors preferred). Excellent in interpersonal & communication skills. High integrity standard. Excellent in MS Excel (especially the Pivot Table and Vlookup tool) and PowerPoint. Dedicated and details focused. Good in English (oral & written).
