Responsibilities• Assist with business unit planning for upper level management, including facility manager and business unit manager.• Cost and investment analysis for upper level management (i.e. plant rates, ROI, Pricing and Make/Buy studies).• Involved in consensus decision-making regarding the facility and/or business being supported.• Responsible for routine monthly reporting including profit center results and Rolling Business Management (RBM) as well as annual business processes, including the business plan, and executive reviews.Degree RequirementDegree or equivalent experience desiredSkill DescriptorsBusiness Acumen: Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations. Cost-Benefit Analysis: Knowledge of the principles and tools used in cost-benefit analysis; ability to analyze the purpose and scope of a producer, product, process, or project in terms of cost and benefits. Financial Analysis: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material. Financial Forecasting and Modeling: Knowledge of processes, tools and techniques of financial forecasting and modeling; ability to explore and evaluate alternative financial scenarios and results.
