Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.Key Job DutiesLead digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations to improve productivity, quality, and decision-making.Develop and deploy digital solutions, dashboards, and automated workflows to enhance operational visibility and efficiency.Utilize data analytics and AI technologies to identify improvement opportunities and solve business problems.Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean methodologies such as VSM, Kaizen, 5S, and SMED.Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Production, and IT teams to implement sustainable process improvements and digital innovations.Track operational KPIs and present project results, business benefits, and future opportunities to management.Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Automation, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related fields.Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, digital transformation, process improvement, or automation projects.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into actionable business insights.Familiarity with data visualization and automation tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL, etc.).Experience in implementing digital factory solutions, AI applications, automated reporting systems, or manufacturing data analytics projects.Strong self-motivation and ownership mindset. Able to proactively identify operational challenges and digital transformation opportunities, independently develop solutions, and drive implementation with minimal direction.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, manage ambiguity, and consistently deliver results under pressure.Good communication, presentation, and project management skills.Good English reading and writing skills for technical documentation.This position requires working onsite five days a week. Required Qualifications
