This facility specializes in the production of Cat® Electric Rope Shovels (ERS) used in mining operations around the world.Job SummaryAs an Experienced FCAW Welder, you will perform high‑quality welding on large, complex structural steel components that support the production of world‑class heavy equipment. This role is critical to ensuring the strength, safety, and durability of products used in demanding industrial and mining environments. You will work from detailed blueprints and welding procedures while operating in a safety‑first, team‑based manufacturing environment. Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of FCAW experience, including 10+ multi-pass welds on 2” plate (experience, 5 years)
  • Proficiency in back gouging, carbon arcing, or air arcing (experience)
  • Must pass 3 weld qualification tests using FCAW with large diameter wire (3/32” and .052”) (experience)
