Watch our video to see our team build top-of-the-line compact track loaders.3rd Shift Schedule: Sunday night-Friday morning 10:15 PM - 6:15 AM3rd Shift Starting Pay: $25.92/hour (includes 8% shift premium)*Mandatory overtime as business needs require.*Under limited supervision provides oversight and coordination of various quality support activities including component measurement and the investigation, documentation, analysis and resolution of quality issues as well as other duties assigned. Job duties may include:Measures components utilizing a CMM and other measurement toolsPerforms quality audits on component parts and root cause analysis on quality issuesPerforms thorough quality inspection on components Gather defect data and supports the continuous improvement efforts. May develop and update successive checks and PQA checks for each area, including check sheets for the assembly line. Follows and utilizes CPS principles of 5S, Continuous Improvement Idea Reporting, Waste Elimination, and Standard Work. Provide quality support to the plant by creating and developing business plans for each manufacturing assembly area. Relies on independent decision-making and problem solving to complete job tasks.Documents measurements, testing and root cause analysis.Catalog quality issues into a computer system and flag defects for repairProvide oversight during the assembly process to ensure routings conform to work instructions as well as provide feedback to Engineering on design and manufacturing issues that emerge through the assembly process. May work with Engineering on the solution to address the issue. Meet with suppliers as requested to determine and communicate root cause. Communicates cross-functionally to complete tasks.
