Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.维修技师职位描述：1.注重个人及他人安全。2.负责单边工厂（400系列&1100.904.1200系列）发动机故障维修，严格按照返修流程标准，发现异常及时反馈。3.不定期出差（客户端短期驻厂支持），快速支持客户，现场问题解决和排查反馈。4.适应倒班（早中班） 发动机故障的根本原因分析，行动措施的实施与跟踪。5.除负责区域外，对GRA其他区域受过培训工作，能够独立操作 合理分配工作的优先级 严格执行TPM工作计划，可以发现TPM不足之处，努力提高工作效率 维护工作区域内5S要求，分数在4.5分以上。6.具备良好的沟通能力和维修报告填写能力。任职要求：1.正直，良好的沟通能力，强烈的责任心和团队精神，真诚交流。2. 吃苦耐劳，适应差旅要求 中专及以上学历 具备良好的5S和TPM（全员生产维护）理念 了解故障根本原因分析（鱼骨图，5WHY，等等）。3.有一定的机械和电气基础 具有良好的安全意识，个人连续12个月无任何因个人原因导致的伤害记录 熟练的使用 Excel,word ，PPT技能 有较强的责任心，能主动承担行动后果。4.工作与生活时间合理安排，确保出差的连续稳定性。 Posting Dates:八月 28, 2026 - 九月 11, 2026Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
