We are looking for a Marketing Communications Consultant join our Customer Value Solutions & Engagement team working within one of the Constructions Industries newly formed divisions, Customer Solutions Growth Regions. About Customer Solutions Growth Regions Division This team, alongside dealers, engages closely with customers to create, customize and adapt solutions to meet their needs by leveraging the extensive range of offerings available today across products and services, digital and technology, rental and used, and financing. The division is regionally focused on Africa, the Middle East, Eurasia, Asia (excluding Japan), and Latin America (LATAM) and organized into three functional areas: Customer Facing, Customer Solutions and Business Enablers. This role is part of the Customer Value Solutions & Engagement team, focused on: Designing solutions that address key customer pain points associated with equipment acquisition and ownership. Leveraging machine telematics and data to drive repairs by the dealer and improve customer uptime. Proactively communicating and training internal and external stakeholders on the value of the solutions we provide. Role Definition: As a Marketing Communications Consultant, you will serve as a regional marketing advisor and execution leader, shaping and delivering integrated marketing communications that accelerate dealer-led growth, customer engagement, demand generation and commercial priorities across diverse African markets.This role partners closely with regional leadership, dealers, product and solution teams, sales teams and global marketing teams to translate CSGR strategy into local relevant scalable, customer‑back marketing programs aligned with industry, market and customer priorities.The role will drive end-to-end marketing effectiveness from audience strategy and campaign execution through lead generation, lead quality, conversion and measurable commercial impact with a strong emphasis on digital enablement and continuous optimization.What You Will Do (Responsibilities):Regional Marketing Communications StrategyDevelop and execute a marketing communications strategy aligned to CSGR go‑to‑market and commercial priorities.Translate global value propositions into locally relevant, customer‑centric messaging that reflects market maturity, customer needs, industry priorities and dealer capability.Ensure consistent positioning across products, solutions, technologies, and services, while allowing local adaptation.Dealer Enablement & Co‑MarketingAct as a marketing consultant to dealers, guiding them on campaign planning, messaging, and execution.Influence dealers to adopt customer focused, demand‑driven marketing approaches across the customer journey aligned with market, industry and commercial opportunities.Support dealers in improving lead generation, lead quality, follow‑up discipline, conversion effectiveness and campaign measurement.Strengthen dealer marketing capability through best practice sharing and scalable marketing approaches. Demand Generation & Campaign ExecutionPlan and deploy integrated marketing campaigns supporting:New product introductionsIndustry and segment growth prioritiesTechnology, digital, and service adoptionCustomer retention and lifecycle opportunitiesLeverage a mix of digital, social, content, and event‑based channels appropriate to local markets.Ensure campaigns are outcome‑driven, with clear objectives tied to pipeline and sales impact.Digital & Customer Engagement FocusDrive increased use of digital marketing and engagement platforms to improve reach, efficiency, and scalability.Partner with digital and CRM teams to support:Lead capture and managementCustomer segmentation and targetingCustomer journey and experience improvementsPromote best practices that improve customer engagement quality— not just volume.Customer Insights & Market IntelligenceCollect and synthesize insights on:Customer needs, behavior and buying driversIndustry and market trendsCompetitive positioningUse insights to refine messaging, prioritize investments, and guide leadership decisions.Agency & Budget ManagementManage regional agencies and external partners with clear KPIs and accountability.Partner with regional counterparts on marketing budget planning and ROI tracking.Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend optimization actions.​What You Have (Basic Skills Required):Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions. Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers. Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.Vendor/Supplier Management: Knowledge of external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g. vendors, service providers, contractors, consultants and suppliers). Promotion and Marketing Communications: Knowledge of different promotional and marketing communication techniques; ability to use different marketing channels and tools in combination to focus on how a business communicates a message to the market.
