Accurately document material and movement for all materials. Order and safely deliver all material to the appropriate locations ensuring right part at the right place at the right time in the right quantity and quality using various material handling equipment. Paid time-off: Vacation, holiday, and Winter Holiday*. 401K matching AND additional 2-5% annual company contribution*.What will you do: Load and unload materials on to or from pallets, trays, racks and shelves by handCross train in shipping, receiving, and material handling/storageFollow work orders and instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be movedLoad materials into vehicles and install strapping, bracing or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transitConveys materials from storage or worksites to designated areasPreforms minor preventative maintenance on forklifts (check fluid levels, lights, horns, etc.)Lift heavy objects by hand or with power hoist, and clean work area, machines, and equipment to assist machine operatorsOperates industrial truck or electric hoist to assist in loading and moving materials and productsAssemble crates to contain products such as machines or vehiclesOccasionally participate in training and development Perform any other assigned duties What you will have: Minimum 3 months experience in logistics and warehousingIntermediate to advance computer knowledge What would make you a top candidate: Previous Caterpillar paving experience Previous experience operating material handling equipment (Counterbalance, turret, reach and picker forklifts)Ability to utilize computers and scanners for material moving transactionsPrevious SAP Mach 1 experiencePhysical Requirements: Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time Ability to perform repetitive operations Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
