This is a key position which will both define and build the stack.What you will do:Lead the development of the simulation Software stack- full stackSupport your manager in hiring, technical interviewing and onboardingMentor and lead team of software engineersDefine and implement software development processes, qa/qc processes, define standards, etc.Participate in architecture and requirements discussionsTranslate Business Requirements to Software designs and implementationsWork tightly with the Robotic team and any other team, aligning their needs with your implementation, reducing gaps and deviations, while focussing on Quality and Value.Lead agile process definition, team charter, CI/CD discussion, etc. including the Peer Review Process.Lead brainstorming and ideation sessionsAnything else you think you should be doing?
