DescriptionAs an Assembler at Caterpillar, you will follow documented procedures to safely assemble and adjust parts and components while ensuring defect-free production. In this role, you will apply lean manufacturing concepts to support continuous improvement and eliminate waste, and you will use industrial power tools as well as lifting devices to assemble products and move heavy components.Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):Willing and able to sit or stand for prolonged periodsWilling and able to perform repetitive operationsWilling and able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 poundsBasic Requirements:Minimum of 9 months of previous work experience and/or volunteer experience.Resume strongly preferred.Applicants should include a complete work history or attach a resume.
