This role involves designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions while leading and mentoring development teams, collaborating with business stakeholders, and driving best practices across Salesforce implementations. Key Responsibilities :Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce Flows, SOQL/SOSLSolid experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware tools)Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, sharing & security model, and governor limitsExperience across Sales Cloud, B2B or B2C and Experience CloudGood to have CPQ knowledge.Expertise in trigger frameworks, design patterns, and Salesforce best practicesOptimize performance, scalability, and data management strategies.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologiesEnsure solution quality through unit testing, test coverage, and CI practicesMonitor Salesforce system performance and implement optimizationsStay current with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancement strategiesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Must HaveSalesforce certifications (one or more):Application/System ArchitectPlatform Developer IIGood To Have:B2B Commerce for Developers Accredited Professional Posting Dates:August 27, 2026 - September 2, 2026Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
